  • Email or call to schedule an initial 30 minute free consultation.
  • Go on our website under “Book Now” and make a deposit. This ensures your date is secured and booked for the requested date.
  • Once the deposit is paid, Chef Mikey will make a customized menu for your approval.
  • Chef Mikey will be happy to make up to two revisions to the menu.
  • The remainder balance will be invoiced to the host and to be paid 3 days before the event.
  • On the day of the event Chef Mikey and his team will arrive about an hour before to prep, cook and clean up after.
  • Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Let’s EAT!


A Private Chef does specialty events whereas a Personal Chef does weekly meal prep.


Anniversaries, Birthdays, Wedding Showers, Graduation, Holidays, and Private Dinner Parties are our niche. Have a theme in mind? Let us know and let’s collaborate!

Fresh, organic ingredients are sourced locally when applicable. Beyond the standard, luxury ingredients are available upon request. We make everything from scratch.

The host generally likes to set their own table up with plates and silverware before guests arrive. We bring most of our own cooking gear on site.


Absolutely. Ask for Randy, our Dining Services Manager.


We offer in person cooking lessons or through zoom. Take your pick!


The deposit is to secure your requested date and will be applied towards the bill. The host will be given the remainder of the invoice closer to the event date.


This number will vary based on party style, guest count, number of courses, customized requests, specialty ingredients, additional servers/bartenders, etc.


We understand life happens. If for some reason the host needs to cancel we will apply their deposit to a future date that’s mutually agreed upon.


Of course! We cook AND we clean up leaving your kitchen nice and sparkly.


We appreciate if you set the table and get your kitchen “ready”. This entails decluttering your kitchen counter, creating space in your refrigerator, and emptying the garbage bags before guests arrive. We’ll take care of the rest!


We recommend booking our catering services at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability.
